Monthly starting prices; terms and the final price are confirmed in your quote. Pay month by month, or prepay 6 or 12 months and save on your subscription. 6 months upfront: Half a month free (Save 8.3%). 12 months upfront: 2 months free (Save 16.7%). The discount applies to recurring subscriptions and agreed users/modules. Usage, onboarding and third-party licences are separate. Full prepayment is due before the period starts. The price of your agreed configuration stays fixed for the paid period.

## What does Nebulas Fleet manage?

Fleet manages vehicle records, availability, reservations, journeys and maintenance. Operational workflows such as outings, crews and equipment are scoped and configured during onboarding.

## Can Fleet manage more than one kind of vehicle?

Yes. The vehicle register supports mixed fleets including cars, vans, ambulances, motorcycles, taxis and trucks. We review any specialist requirements before configuring your workspace.

## How are overlapping bookings handled?

Fleet checks the requested interval against existing reservations for the vehicle and driver. Scheduled workshop visits also block overlapping vehicle bookings. Unavailable or retired vehicles cannot receive new reservations.

## Does Fleet include live GPS tracking?

Live GPS tracking and telematics are not included in the capabilities presented here. If you need location, driving-hours or specialist device integrations, we assess those requirements separately.

## How much does Nebulas Fleet cost?

Fleet starts at €100 per workspace per month, excluding VAT. We agree vehicles, users, workflows, integrations, onboarding and support before confirming the quote. Companies under one year old can apply for startup pricing from €50/month for their first 12 subscription months, then standard pricing applies.

## How do we get started?

Tell us about your fleet and the process you want to improve. We define a practical initial scope, configure the company workspace and access, and agree the rollout. Existing customers can use Open Fleet once their workspace is enabled.
