Full prepayment is due before the period starts. The price of your agreed configuration stays fixed for the paid period.
Prepayment does not extend startup pricing or Forfettario eligibility. Reviews still apply; if eligibility changes, unused prepayment is credited toward the standard plan.

Which quantities are billed?
The quote specifies the workspace, managed vehicles, users and operations. GPS, telematics and external services are not implicitly included in the subscription.
What is quoted separately?
Migration, initial setup, integrations, custom development and third-party licences are separate items. Your quote specifies the scope, support and any one-time work.
How does prepayment work?
